1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ConPo website and mobile app (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

ConPo is an online platform where companies active in architecture, construction, real estate development and interior design ("Companies") present their work, and where individuals and professionals ("Members") and visitors can discover them and their projects.

ConPo is not a party to any agreement, transaction or project between users, and does not act as an agent, contractor or adviser for any of them.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. A company account may only be created by a person authorised to act for that company.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Company profiles and review

Every new company profile is reviewed by ConPo before it becomes public. ConPo may approve or reject an application, and may remove or hide any profile or project at any time if it does not meet our quality and professional standards or these Terms. If an application is rejected, the related account and its data are deleted.

Companies receive statistics about their profile and projects (visits, views and visitors' countries) as totals, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

Companies are responsible for the content they publish, including texts, photos and project information. By publishing content, you confirm that you own it or have all the rights and permissions needed to publish it, including the consent of any person who can be identified in it, and that it is accurate and lawful.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant ConPo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce it on the Platform, for as long as it remains published. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that remain for a limited time in backups.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• publish false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate any person or company;
• use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited advertising;
• collect data from the Platform by automated means (scraping, crawling or similar), except as permitted by search engines for indexing;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Platform, or try to access it without authorisation.

ConPo does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any project or company profile; we review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these Terms and delete the accounts that publish it.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, design and software, belongs to ConPo and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". ConPo does not verify, and does not guarantee, the accuracy, quality or legality of the information and services offered by Companies. Any agreement you make with a Company is solely between you and that Company, and you should make your own checks before entering into it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConPo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or from your dealings with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Suspension and termination

ConPo may suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently or harms other users or the Platform. ConPo may also change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will inform you on the Platform or by e-mail. By continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
