2. Nature of the Service

ConPo is an online platform and directory that facilitates the search and connection between individual users ("Members") and professionals/companies ("Companies") operating within the Real Estate, construction, and interior design sectors.

ConPo does not participate in, does not guarantee, and bears absolutely no responsibility for any transaction, agreement, financial exchange, or project execution that occurs between Members and Companies outside of the platform.

3. User Roles & Accounts

• Members: Can browse the platform, search for companies, save inspiring projects (bookmarks), and add companies to their favorites list.
• Companies: Can create public profiles, showcase their past projects (posts/images), and indicate their specific sectors and areas of operation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (handled via our authentication provider) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Companies posting photos, texts, and general project information ("Posts") explicitly declare and warrant that they own the intellectual property rights or have obtained the necessary licenses and permissions to use and publish such material.

ConPo does not claim ownership over your content. However, by posting it on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it (e.g., in our Explore Feed). ConPo reserves the right to remove any content deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While we strive to maintain a high standard of quality on our platform, ConPo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or reliability of the information provided by the Companies.

Any agreement for the provision of services is entered into entirely at your own risk. ConPo is explicitly exempt from any claim, damage, or dispute that may arise from your collaboration with any professional discovered through our website.

6. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to permanently suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or degrades the experience of other users on the platform.
