Delivered with meticulous planning and precision craftsmanship, the project was completed seamlessly, on schedule, and without disruption to hotel operations. Beyond the initial installation, DKD also provides the ongoing maintenance and professional cleaning of the hotel's carpets, ensuring they continue to perform and present at the highest standard for years to come.

Mitsis Norida - Kos

Renovation of two swimming pools with a combined surface of over 1,000 sqm, completed using micro-pebble across both interior and surrounding areas. The first pool features a clean white micro-pebble finish applied across a highly curved geometry. The second pool integrates a 35-meter beach-entry zone, with continuous steps and flowing transitions, requiring precise detailing throughout. The material was applied to ensure long-term durability and consistent performance in a high-use resort environment. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, reflecting DKD’s experience in large-scale pool applications and complex surface conditions.

NOŪS  Santorini

Santorini Resort – Micro-Pebble Pool Finishes NOŪS Santorini is the first resort by YES! Hotels—and its largest project to date. Located in Mesaria, the property redefines luxury resort living with a focus on space, privacy, and immersive art. Built for the discerning traveler, it balances Cycladic minimalism with bold contemporary design. We handled the complete pool surface system across the property, including the main pool spanning over 1 200 m², multiple smaller pools, and jacuzzis. Our process involved: Cement-based surface leveling for a flawless structural base. Waterproofing using our proprietary, crack-resistant method. Micro-pebble installation, carried out with attention to texture, flow, and continuity across surfaces. The result is a seamless, high-performance pool finish that complements the architecture — and holds up to the expectations of a top-tier hospitality environment.
